MISSION
The human induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSc) technology is a powerful tool to create unique human disease-relevant models, to study molecular and cellular pathological mechanisms, and for drug screening approaches.

The Paris Brain Institute (ICM, Paris) acquired this technology in 2013 to promote forefront basic and preclinical research programs for neurodegenerative diseases. Today the core facility ICV-iPS proposes the generation and genetic engineering of human iPS cells to internal research teams, external academic teams and industrial partners. The IHU-A-ICM funding supports this activity, as well as the DIM C-BRAINS.
